10 Link in Bio Examples for Clubs & Online Communities
17 August 2026 · 7 min read
These are product demos, not live member communities. They show how a joinour.group page can be ordered when the job is information plus a join path — not a vertical stack of ten equal buttons. Browse real pages in the community directory when you want live examples.
The pattern behind all ten is in link in bio for communities.
1. Sports club — Rugby Parents
Why the order works: identity, then Join, then Start Here, fixtures and kit. New parents should not hunt a WhatsApp invite before they know training time.
Primary CTA: Join the club group. Blocks: Start Here, FAQs, events, rules. Left out: every social profile that is not the club chat.
2. Parent community
Lead with who can join and how to request access. Then year-group chats, term dates, one rules block. Leave out fundraising links until the intro is done — they belong lower, if at all.
3. Local group
Name, neighbourhood, how to join, next meetup, contact. The primary CTA is join; the events block is the second thing a new neighbour needs. Leave out a long history page.
4. Hobby group
Who it is for, beginner resource, events, related chats. FAQs beat a wall of vendor links. Put recommended shops in useful links with context, not as the hero.
5. WhatsApp Community
Map General, Buy & Sell, Events and Schools with one sentence each, then FAQs and rules. Primary CTA can be “see the groups” if there is no single chat. See link in bio for WhatsApp groups.

6. Facebook Group — London Dog Walkers
Public intro for a group that may be private: who it is for, walk etiquette, meetup dates, Join Facebook Group. Leave out a second identical “follow us” button. See link in bio for Facebook Groups.
7. Discord server — Pixel Crafters
Join the Discord, then channel guide, rules, events. The invite is the CTA; the page exists so the invite can change without rewriting every bio. See link in bio for Discord servers.
8. Subreddit — Mechanical Keyboards UK
Visit subreddit, Start Here, beginner guide, trusted vendors, Discord, meetup, FAQs. Intentionally not a list of “Reddit / Discord / Website” with no context. See link in bio for a subreddit.
9. Event community
Next date first, then what the community is, then join. Announcements stay high while the event is live; archive them after. Leave out last year’s sponsor grid if it crowds the date.
10. Professional network
Who it is for, how membership works, events, a contact form for applications. Primary CTA may be “request to join” rather than an instant invite. Leave out a personal Linktree of the organiser’s podcasts unless they are the community.
