What we collect

• Account details you provide (email, display name) when signing up.
• Community page content you create or claim (FAQs, links, events, forms, and similar blocks).
• Form submissions sent to your community by visitors (stored for the community operators).
• Anonymous analytics events (page views, join clicks) without raw IP persistence.
• Internal automation data such as public-web source documents, discovered contact routes, outreach delivery events, and suppressions — used only for listing/claim operations.

How we use data

We use data to operate community pages, process claims, prevent abuse, send transactional email, honour opt-outs, and run controlled discovery/outreach workflows for unclaimed listings. Automated outreach is limited to eligible public contact routes and is suppressed after bounce, complaint, opt-out, or removal requests.

Retention

• Large source-document text is purged after about 90 days unless needed for an active dispute.
• Model-run debug payloads are minimized after about 30 days; hashes and validation summaries may remain.
• Raw analytics events are retained for about 12–18 months, then purged or aggregated.
• Suppression and opt-out records are kept while needed to honour the suppression.
• Claim evidence for verified claims is deleted after a reasonable dispute window (default 90 days).

Your choices

• Community owners can edit or unpublish their page from the dashboard.
• Anyone can request a correction or removal for a listing. Credible removal/privacy requests immediately noindex the page.
• Outreach recipients can opt out; opt-outs are permanent unless an internal operator explicitly reverses them.
• Account deletion and data export requests can be sent to [email protected].
